  • Roger & Kathleen Harris

Kathleen and Roger Harris PATH Certified Registered Instructors - Teaching a Jeremiah's Crossing since 2008.

    • Kathleen says, "Teaching is my passion. I can't wait to greet my students in the paddock, to challenge them, and rejoice in their successes!" Kathleen specializes in encouraging students to participate in lessons, even when they're not sure that's a great idea.

    • Roger loves working with volunteers and students as they relate to our faithful program horses. He specializes in teaching the "language of the horse" to help people understand what our horses are saying to us during lessons.

  • Martha Airth-Kindree

Martha became a PATH certified instructor in 2018. She tells us she became a PATH instructor because, "I love the combination of working with horses and helping people. Two of my passions."

Her favorite things about teaching lessons at Jeremiah's Crossing are the spirit and atmosphere of love for everyone there, and all the great teamwork between the horses, the students and the volunteers.

In addition to being an instructor, Martha is the executive director of Mile Bluff Medical Center Foundation. She has always loved working with people who help others. She comes from a family of caregivers; nurses, doctors and teachers run strong in her family.  Of course, animals have played a strong role in her life as well.  Martha shares life with an Arabian horse (Highness), a miniature horse (Duke), a Border Collie (Jenny), and three cats (Lucy, Little Liam and Sammy).
