Alan became a brand new member of the Jeremiah's Crossing team in January 2016. He has taken his place in the herd and has learned to be a valuable team member at  Jeremiah's Crossing. He seems to love his work! 

Alan came to us after we lost our beloved Star. Star's best girl, Scedra, met Alan first. Scedra was our very first student. Her life is the inspiration for Jeremiah's Crossing. She was the first to ride our beloved Star and rode him for 10 years. After his passing, she met Alan. They bonded during Alan's first lesson in our program where he learned to step to the mounting ramp, just so Scedra could ride him. After their lesson, Scedra told us, "He has Star's heart." That, my friends, is a seal of approval.

The Steven Vlasak family donated Alan to Jeremiah's Crossing in memory of their wife and mother, Sherry. Thank you so much for honoring Sherry in this way. Many lives will be touched because of your generosity.
